n order to provide good customer service, I like to start by breaking the ice first. Because our customers are all really passionate about formula 1, bikes or cars in general, I usually strike up a conversation about one of these topics. Usually, when people start talking about things they like and are passionate about, they start smiling a lot too.  Not only are my customer happy at that moment, but I am too. That’s how life goes, really. Smile and be happy and you won’t just make your day, you’ll make someone else’s day too.
