n the property industry we have to be adaptive in terms of dealing with clients and valuing properties. Different clients have different needs and expectations and I adapt my style and approach accordingly. I believe that service is the main differentiating factor and I like to do things a little different, whilst always acting in the best interests of my clients. It is so important to not only listen to them attentively but also to take careful notice of what they say.  Some properties are not always the easiest to sell. However, keeping the client informed and satisfied throughout the process is fundamental in client relationships.
